Role Overview
The successful candidate will lead communications and engagement activities supporting UKAEA’s Estates function, including major infrastructure investments, campus development projects, workplace improvements, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Do
Develop and deliver the marketing and communications strategy for Culham Campus, create annual marketing plans, lead integrated campaigns, provide strategic communications advice, and oversee communications for Estates planning, public engagement, tenant relations, and redevelopment activity.

- Previous responsibility for acting as a communications business partner or strategic adviser to senior leaders
- Proven capability in preparing and managing budgets
- A background in briefing and managing external agencies and suppliers
