Uline is looking for a Part-Time Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company!
What You Will Do
Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail
