Role Overview
As an Account Manager at Doka USA, you will drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our formwork and shoring solutions to construction professionals.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute strategic sales plans, stay updated on industry trends, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our formwork and shoring products.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Concrete construction experience required
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or formwork industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel as needed
