Role Overview
The Exports Customer Experience Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring stable export operations and maintaining high service levels for both PC and B&W business units. This role oversees export customer service concerns, ensures 100% OTIF delivery of export innovations, and manages export demand planning.
What You Will Do
Oversee the achievement of Exports Customer Service KPIs (ICDOT), manage a team of Exports Customer Service Executives, ensure smooth operations in the export distribution process, and provide transparency on the overall supply situation.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations
- Working knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work through ambiguity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good working knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis is an asset
