The Director, Growth Marketing is responsible for building and scaling the demand generation engine that drives new pipeline creation and revenue growth across buyer segments. The role leads a team and requires deep B2B SaaS experience, understanding of long-cycle enterprise and government sales, and ability to build new capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with significant time in demand generation or growth marketing leadership.
- 5+ years building and leading marketing teams of 5+ people.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity.
