Role Overview

As an Outbound Sales Supervisor at United Rentals, you’ll support Outbound Sales Reps in growing rental revenue with new and existing customers through outbound sales and personalized account management. You’ll help manage customer needs and develop a goal-oriented sales team.

Supervise a team of Outbound Sales Reps, assist with performance measurement, develop sales acumen, and perform administrative duties. You’ll also help resolve issues, cross-train staff, and coordinate training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5 years industry experience or on the job/in house training
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, communicate, and delegate
  • Good communication and math skills (abstract reasoning)
  • Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SURI, and general office equipment
  • Strict adherence to the code of business conduct
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
