Role Overview
The Sales Associate will embark on a structured training path to prepare for a future role as an Outside Sales Representative, working alongside industry experts to gain hands-on experience with technical products and develop relationship-building skills.
What You Will Do
The Sales Associate will begin training at a local branch, shadowing sales and operational roles, and progress through a series of outbound sales campaigns to master key sales tools and lead high-level sales conversations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficient computer and mobile phone/tablet skills
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
