Role Overview
The Sr. Account Manager – West will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across the assigned territory to ensure loyalty, satisfaction, and retention. The role involves close collaboration with Partner Relations and Talent Acquisition to ensure operational excellence and service quality.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will serve as the key liaison between United and its customers, actively anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and leading performance and quality conversations at the store and regional levels. They will also be responsible for managing regional P&L, monitoring expenses, and developing strategies to decrease costs and increase profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, task management and planning skills, and excellent communication and conflict management skills. They will also have experience in operational management or related roles, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Janitorial industry.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or related operations or field experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Janitorial industry
- 10+ years’ experience in operational management or related roles
