Senior Accountant – Financial Analyst

Role Overview

A senior staff level corporate accounting position in a large healthcare system setting. Financial statement analysis, GAAP analysis, and technical investigation of accounting issues are key responsibilities.

What You Will Do

Perform financial statement analysis, GAAP analysis, complex account reconciliations, post journal entries, bank statement reconciliations, budget preparations, and compile statistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, or related field
• 5+ years Accounting experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred)
• Critical Thinking Skills
• Detail-oriented and organized, with good analytical and problem solving ability
• Notable client service, communication, presentation and relationship building skills
• Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated strong ability to use PCs, Microsoft Office suite (in particular Excel), and general office equipment
