Role Overview

The Leave Administration – Data Analyst II will develop methods for data collection, analysis, and reporting for assigned areas, utilizing best practices and analyzing data using statistical techniques. The role involves working directly with clients to identify analytical requirements, collecting data, analyzing, determining technical issues, and designing ad-hoc reports. The analyst will also collect, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into function and system requirement specifications.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting data, statistics, and financial information, identifying significant differences in relationships among sources of information, assessing opportunities for cost savings and business improvement, and preparing reports and recommendations based on analysis of information gathered.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping skills, with experience in data analysis and problem-solving, and advanced Excel skills. Prior experience in Payroll, Leave, Benefits, or Human Resources is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistical analysis, data base management, or related studies
  • 3 years data analysis or customer resource management systems experience
  • Attention to detail
