Role Overview
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Analyst to investigate, reconcile, and build the data infrastructure for a subscription ecommerce company. The data environment spans multiple platforms with known quality issues, conflicting sources, and no unified reporting layer.
What You Will Do
Investigate and reconcile data across various platforms, build cohort level retention and LTV analysis, develop and maintain a channel level payback model, and support financial model updates.

You’re a data detective who can dig into messy data, build for permanence, and translate data into decisions. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and use AI tools as a force multiplier.
Requirements
- SQL proficiency
- Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level
- Demonstrated comfort using AI/LLM tools
- Demonstrated ability to reconcile conflicting data sources
- Experience building cohort retention curves and LTV models
- Experience working with ecommerce or subscription data
- Comfortable working with messy, incomplete, or conflicting data
- Strong written communication in English
