Role Overview
This mid-level business development position develops and manages a portfolio of B2B and B2C customers within a defined territory. The Account Executive acts as a consultative partner, building strong client relationships, building tailored UPS solutions, and negotiating agreements to drive both revenue growth and customer success.
What You Will Do
Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct in-person client meetings and presentations, manage and expand an assigned book of business, negotiate and prepare comprehensive logistics solutions.

Requirements
- Plus 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry
- Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent prospecting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
- Willing to travel on the own territory | Class G License
- Availability to work flexible hours and provides own vehicle for business
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent (preferred)
