Role Overview
Provide strategic finance leadership and decision support for the Asset Management & Institutional Investments business. Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support business strategy and long-term financial objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for investment management revenue and expenses. Conduct product profitability and trend analysis, linking financial performance to market, client, and business drivers. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance, forecast outcomes, and quantify the impact of strategic decisions and changing business conditions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of related experience in financial analysis activities
- Well-developed financial analysis, forecasting and planning skills
- Ability to analyze large data sets using Microsoft Excel, Access, or equivalent tools
- Experience with Essbase/Hyperion and SQL would be a bonus
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- MBA preferred
