As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will support customer experience programs and initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring customer satisfaction and feedback are continuously gathered, analyzed, and acted upon.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer experience, customer success, or project coordination role
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, data analytics, and project management software
