Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by supporting Master Distributors (MDRs) and Independent Operators (IOs) within a designated sales area. This role requires frequent travel to MDR territories and customers, ensuring optimal supply levels, product delivery, and effective communication.
What You Will Do
Support MDRs and IOs by conducting regular market visits and sales calls, fostering relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. Monitor Utz product supply levels, coordinate timely ordering and delivery of Utz products, and ensure product readiness for promotional activities and new product launches.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of sales experience supporting sales teams or distributors in a multi-location environment
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods or distribution channels
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
