Business Development Manager Region West

Role Overview

As Business Development Manager for Region West, you will support sustainable growth and efficiency gains by identifying and leading strategic initiatives and projects across the region. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to drive the transformation of our Region, commercially and digitally, including leveraging AI-based use cases where they create clear business value.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics to derive growth opportunities that strengthen our market position. You will initiate and pursue targeted measures to optimize processes and initiate commercial plans.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of international professional experience in business development or project management within a technical or industrial environment
• Strong analytical & entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to lead and drive projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage
