Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM Recruiting)

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Recruiter – North America to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Vectra AI. This role will focus primarily on hiring across the United States, supporting non-technical/GTM positions.

What You Will Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment across the United States, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer management, and onboarding. Recruit across a variety of functions, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Professional Services, Customer Support, and other corporate functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting within the United States.
• Experience recruiting across non-technical/GTM roles.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. technology talent market.
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed/global Talent Acquisition team.
