Lead Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Veeco is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to develop business, product, and marketing plans for their award-winning laser anneal platforms. The candidate will collaborate with Engineering and other functional groups to create product roadmaps, strategies for market penetration, and product positioning.

What You Will Do

Develop business & marketing plans, assess strategies for market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share. Collaborate with functional groups to develop new products and enhance existing products.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The Lead PMM will work closely with multiple functional groups to discover new opportunities for Veeco to add value through new product development or existing product enhancements.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Physics or Engineering
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
• MS and 10 years of experience or a PhD degree and 5 years of related experience
• Experience with Tier 1 semiconductor customers
• Demonstrated history of success in positioning and launching semiconductor capital equipment products
• Proven ability to influence Cross Functional teams without formal authority
• Semiconductor device knowledge and module process integration experience in logic and/or memory fabrication preferred
• Understanding of Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP)/Implant/Diffusion process desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive team player, self-motivated with collaborative skills required
