Role Overview
Join Hach as a Regional Sales Manager for Industrial accounts in Southeast Louisiana. This is a field-based, highly autonomous, remote role that requires overnight travel to support clients, attend training programs, and participate in industry seminars. The role is vital to delivering customer value and driving accelerated growth.
What You Will Do
Develop monthly sales territory and account plans, execute planned activities, and maintain a healthy funnel using Hach CRM and Salesforce.com. Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms and other accounts, and collect and report information on competitive activity and sales trends.

This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of direct sales experience, a background in Industrial Water Treatment, and hands-on experience with CRM tools. The successful candidate will be able to develop and execute a business plan, manage territory as their own business, and travel 50% within the assigned territory or outside for training purposes or to attend sales events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct sales experience
- Background in Industrial Water Treatment in Chemical and Refining
- Hands-on experience utilizing a CRM tool (i.e., Salesforce.com)
- Experience selling complex industrial products and solutions
- BA, BS required. A degree in a science-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent is an asset.
