Role Overview
The GTM & Growth Marketing Manager will partner with marketing, product, sales, and other stakeholders to execute integrated go-to-market strategies for priority solutions, audiences, and growth initiatives.
What You Will Do
Translate GTM strategies into actionable marketing plans, including messaging, content, digital activation, sales enablement support, campaigns, and events. Develop and manage GTM timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams to ensure programs move from strategy through execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (required)
- Approximately 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within fintech, martech, SaaS, financial services, payments, banking technology, or another technology-driven industry
- Experience executing go-to-market programs or integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong content development and storytelling capabilities
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and modern B2B buyer journeys
- Experience collaborating with product, sales, creative, digital, and/or demand generation teams
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent work
- Comfortable working with executives and subject matter experts to develop market-facing content
- Familiarity with marketing technology, CRM, marketing automation, ABM, intent data, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A curious, proactive mindset and willingness to challenge traditional approaches with new ideas
