Sales/GTM Recruiter, LATAM (Bilingual)

Role Overview

As a bilingual Sales & GTM Recruiter in our Mexico City office, you will partner with our Sales Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented sales professionals to join our world-class organization.

What You Will Do

Own the full recruiting cycle from source to close for IC & leadership roles across Sales and some GTM functions. Strategically and creatively source passive candidates. Partner with our teams to generate candidate referrals.

Must be bilingual – fluent or native in Spanish and English. 3-5 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience: from source to close. Agency or internal experience. Must have Sales recruiting experience, GTM recruiting experience a plus.
