The Chief Revenue Officer will drive sustainable, profitable revenue growth across the organization, overseeing revenue-generating functions, and building high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy
  • Own and deliver on bookings, revenue, and pipeline targets
  • Establish data-driven forecasting and performance management processes
  • Lead enterprise and mid-market sales teams
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, and lifetime value
  • Partner with Marketing to design and execute integrated demand generation strategies
  • Oversee sales operations including forecasting, territory design, compensation planning, and CRM optimization
