Affiliate Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Manage affiliate programs across multiple consumer brands selling to U.S. customers, leading the transition from an agency. The role requires hands-on experience with Impact, Shopify, and affiliate marketing.

What You Will Do

Manage partner accounts, contracts, and payouts; recruit and activate U.S. partners; build relationships with top partners; plan promotions and incentives; monitor FTC disclosure compliance and detect fraudulent conversions.

• Confidence working with performance data and KPIs
• Strong organization and follow-through
