The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales and account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, building and maintaining relationships with key contacts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand market presence.
Requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for the assigned region to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Establish and maintain high-level business relationships with owners, operators, corporate stakeholders, developers, property managers, general contractors, EPCs, and other strategic partners
- Independently manage and grow the regional area pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and prioritization of opportunities
