Role Overview

The Marketing Director serves as the leader of the Marketing Department, responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing and public relations strategy for Village Health Clubs & Spas’ products, services, and brand.

What You Will Do

The key responsibilities include leading the Marketing Department, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing external agencies, and overseeing media purchasing and digital advertising.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated success leading integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, and a strong understanding of the customer journey and ability to develop strategies that move prospects through the marketing and sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing a marketing team
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies that directly support revenue generation, customer acquisition, membership growth, and retention
