Role Overview

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing and social media plan to support WAM’s external storytelling, increase WAM’s presence, grow WAM’s program enrollments, and drive audience engagement.

What You Will Do

Create and execute a marketing plan, develop engaging daily content on social media, create digital content, produce email campaigns, identify target audience segments, and monitor and respond to social media messages.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years professional experience in a marketing and communications role
  • 4-5 years professional experience creating and overseeing comprehensive marketing plans
  • 4-5 years of professional experience managing websites and content
  • 4-5 years professional copywriting experience
  • 4-5 years of professional experience creating and designing compelling social media content
  • Extensive experience implementing market segmentation
  • Demonstrated experience with market analytics and reporting
  • Experience in producing and managing event campaigns
  • Compelling and engaging writing style
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, energetic, and creative work environment
