Sales & Marketing Director

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to lead the commercial side of an established business and take full ownership of its growth. This is a senior commercial seat that involves setting and delivering the annual sales and marketing strategy and plan, owning the commercial P&L and budget, and leading the sales and marketing team.

Requirements

• At least 12 years in sales and marketing with several in a senior leadership role
• A clear track record of profitable growth and market-share gains
• Strong commercial judgment and presence to operate at decision-maker level
• Fluent in Arabic and English
