The Marketing Director, Indonesia role at Visa is responsible for setting the strategic direction and execution of Visa’s brand, solutions, and B2B client marketing agenda in Indonesia. The role requires a seasoned marketing leader with expertise in brand leadership and marketing advisory, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in related consumer and/or partner or client marketing management
- Passion for Visa business, technology innovation, with high energy and intelligence
- Proven experience in being part of world-class creative work development process, support effective agency management process across creative, media, digital, and BTL activities
- Effective project management skills and analytical thinking, as well as interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess high learning agility and experience managing teams
- Demonstrates proven ability to work with clients across existing and new partners
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization while driving clarity, focus, and results
- Demonstrated ability to link marketing strategy to commercial outcomes and business performance
- Comfort operating with senior stakeholders while maintaining accountability for local results
