Role Overview
The Senior Sales Operations Consultant is a key operational partner to the API Sales organisation, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of sales commission processes, quota management, and operational reporting.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end commission management, maintain HR commission file, support quota planning and management, prepare and distribute reports and analytics, and act as primary point of contact for Sales, Finance, and HR.

Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or a related analytical role
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end commission processes
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, data modelling, and pivot tables
- Experience working with commission management platforms (Xactly Incent preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy in data-intensive environments
- Strong communication skills — able to explain complex compensation rules clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced, global organisation
