Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with at least 5 years of professional experience to lead analytical initiatives, develop BI solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Do
Lead complex analytical projects and BI initiatives, design and implement dashboards and analytical solutions, and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of BI and analytics platforms
- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
- Experience with self-service analytics and data democratization
- Strong data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Understanding of predictive analytics fundamentals
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence business decisions with data
- English proficiency at C1 level
