Role Overview
The Group Sales Director operates in a general manager capacity, responsible for managing functions such as sales, project management, design, and sales operations for the Foodservice Equipment team. The team is responsible for the Midwest territory by managing existing accounts as well as identifying and cultivating new accounts for the company.
What You Will Do
Lead business development, execute process improvement projects, assist staff with equipment selections and process improvements, identify potential clients, maintain existing client relationships, and resolve credit problems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years related experience and/or training
- Supervisory/Leadership Role
- Experience supervising various business units in the food service equipment and supplies industry
