Role Overview
The Lead Counter Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent sales and service at the counter in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The Lead must be conversant with and have a solid knowledge of the products sold at the Sales Center. The ultimate goal of this role is to provide strong customer service in a sales-oriented setting.
What You Will Do
Interact with internal and outside salespeople, vendors, and contractors. Prepare and complete weekly cycle counts, process and return in-warranty items, handle freight claims, and promote sales of monthly specialty items.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in HVAC, customer Service, warehousing/distribution or retail
- Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level preferred
- Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn and grow with our Company
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
