Counter Sales Lead

Role Overview

The Lead Counter Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent sales and service at the counter in a fast-paced environment. The Lead must be conversant with and have a solid knowledge of the products sold at the Sales Center.

What You Will Do

The Lead will assist in supervising and training other Counter Sales Associates, as well as assist management with daily operations. The ultimate goal of this role is to provide strong customer service in a sales-oriented setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in HVAC, customer Service, warehousing/distribution or retail
• Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level preferred
• Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
