Role Overview
Provide sales, technical support, and knowledge to customers from initial purchase to exportation and collection. Work with customers, sales teams, and suppliers to resolve issues and manage inventory forecasting.
What You Will Do
Handle customer requests, provide product information, and ensure timely order processing. Develop existing accounts and work with sales and operations teams.

Requires language proficiency in English and Spanish, AA/AS degree with 2-5+ years’ experience, and intermediate to advanced MS-Excel skills. Must have exceptional communication skills and ability to develop positive customer relations.
