Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can think like a founder and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can master our system, close deals, and build a team. This is a remote position that requires a high level of autonomy and a willingness to take ownership.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will be responsible for mastering our sales system, building a team of 4-6 sales reps, and driving revenue growth. This includes learning our scripts, CRM, and booking process, sharpening sales skills, and auditing our current system for improvement.

Requirements

- Managed a sales team of 20+ people
- Tech savvy
- Proficient with pipeline management
- Built, hired, or scaled a sales team before

- Know how to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable to results
