Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

We are looking for a Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building financial infrastructure, mentoring a FP&A team member, and owning deliverables that will define our business in 2027 and beyond.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of FP&A experience with at least 4 years at a PE-backed company
  • Deep fluency in SaaS and recurring revenue metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, churn cohort analysis, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40
  • Experience with a hybrid revenue model combining recurring services and software is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Looker is a strong advantage
