Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

WebFX is seeking a Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join their team. The role will be responsible for building financial infrastructure, mentoring a FP&A team member, and owning deliverables that will define the company’s financial performance. The successful candidate will have 8-12 years of FP&A experience, deep fluency in SaaS and recurring revenue metrics, and experience with a hybrid revenue model combining recurring services and software.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of FP&A experience
• Deep fluency in SaaS and recurring revenue metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, churn cohort analysis, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40
• Experience with a hybrid revenue model combining recurring services and software
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Looker
