We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Revenue Operations Expert who can optimize revenue operations, streamline Sales & Marketing processes, and drive business growth through effective systems, processes, automation, and analytics.

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Work Timing: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Female candidates preferred

Experience: Relevant experience in Revenue Operations / RevOps

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA, depending on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize end-to-end Revenue Operations.
• Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations.
• Manage CRM data, pipelines, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track revenue KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement automation and workflow improvements.
• Improve lead management, conversion, and revenue forecasting.
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.
