Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The role combines performance marketing, data analytics, e-commerce ROAS, creative strategy, and marketing technology to build scalable customer acquisition programs.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, plan and launch paid digital campaigns, track and improve e-commerce ROAS, and analyse campaign and customer data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce growth, or a related role
• Strong hands-on experience with Data Analytics and performance marketing
• Proven ability to manage and optimise e-commerce ROAS and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, AOV, and revenue optimisation
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce analytics
• Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including conversion and event tracking
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and customer data and convert insights into actions
• Experience developing performance-focused Creative Strategy and collaborating with creative teams
• Practical experience with A/B testing, experimentation, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms and digital acquisition strategies
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large datasets and performance reports
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Highly detail-oriented, commercially aware, and focused on measurable outcomes
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
