Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, process-driven, and systems-oriented Revenue & Marketing Operations Manager to own the operational infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine. This individual contributor role will serve as the primary owner of our CRM, lead lifecycle management, marketing technology stack, attribution reporting, and revenue operations processes.

Key responsibilities include CRM ownership & data governance, lifecycle management & funnel optimization, sales & pipeline operations, reporting, attribution & analytics, marketing operations & martech, and website operations.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
- Proven experience owning CRM governance, administration, and data quality initiatives
- Experience designing and managing lead lifecycle frameworks
- Strong expertise in lead scoring, lead routing, workflow automation, and funnel optimization
- Experience building attribution models and revenue reporting frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Experience creating executive dashboards and performance reporting
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms and integrations
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
