Financial Planning and Analysis Officer

WEHI is recruiting a Financial Planning & Analysis Officer to support the delivery of high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the Institute.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Progress toward CA/CPA qualification (desirable)
• Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail and data integrity
• Structured and methodical approach to financial analysis and reporting
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting support
• Strong Excel skills and ability to extract, analyse, and interpret financial data
• Demonstrated ability to perform reconciliations, data validation, and structured financial analysis
• Understanding of financial controls and reporting governance frameworks
• Experience in modern ERP system and financial planning tools such as Workday and Workday Adaptive Planning (desirable)
