Role Overview
The Sales Engineer plays a critical role in driving sustainable growth for Weir ESCO across the Uzbekistan market. This role combines technical expertise with commercial insight to develop customer partnerships, unlock new opportunities, and grow market share in the mining industry.
What You Will Do
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth across core and complementary Weir ESCO products and services within the assigned region. Build strong customer relationships by understanding operational challenges, providing accurate quotations, and delivering technically sound, value-driven solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, commercial, or market growth roles
- At least 5 years’ experience in the mining industry
- Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and MS Office
- Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (minimum B2 level)
- Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship
