Role Overview

The Brand Manager will join the Communications team within Corporate Affairs, reporting to the Brand & Corporate Communications Lead. The team is responsible for developing and strengthening Wellcome’s brand, ensuring that colleagues, partners and external audiences have a clear and consistent understanding of who we are, what we do, and the impact we are striving to achieve.

What You Will Do

As a Brand Manager, you will support the development and delivery of Wellcome’s brand strategy, deliver campaigns and communications activity, provide brand guidance to colleagues, and develop and maintain brand assets.

We’re looking for someone with experience supporting the development, management or implementation of a brand within a complex organisation, who can balance creativity with practical delivery and use data and insights to inform decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting the development or management of brands
  • A track record of contributing to creative, multi‐channel brand or marketing activity
  • Experience working with stakeholders and supporting them to apply brand or marketing principles
  • Experience working with external suppliers, such as creative agencies or research partners
  • Exposure to both B2B and consumer audiences
