Sales Enablement Lead – Advisor Recruiting & Integration

Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Lead – Advisor Recruiting & Integration will play a pivotal role in advancing advisor recruiting and onboarding integration by delivering tools, insights, reporting, and content that improve execution across the full recruiting lifecycle. This role will focus on data-driven analysis, go-to-market strategy execution, sales enablement, and integration support, ensuring a seamless transition from recruiting through advisor onboarding and productivity ramp.

What You Will Do

The Sales Enablement Lead will drive sales enablement & recruiting execution, provide sales enablement support to recruiting teams, and support execution of go-to-market recruiting strategies across markets and advisor segments. They will also analyze recruiting and integration performance, pipeline activity, and key trends to identify opportunities and risks, and develop dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into pipeline health and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. They will also have experience in wealth management, financial services, or advisor recruiting, and strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, or advisor recruiting
  • Experience supporting or partnering with advisor onboarding, integration, or transition teams
  • Background in technology integration, automation, or AI-enabled workflows
  • Experience developing sales enablement or marketing content
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership experience
