RevOps Systems Manager

Role Overview

The RevOps Systems Manager will own and improve the Salesforce system, including architecture, data quality, and cross-functional impact. They will work independently with a soundboard for guidance. The role requires a data-quality mindset, no-code/low-code craft, and strong stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or RevOps Systems Manager in a fast-moving commercial/RevOps environment.

What You Will Do

The RevOps Systems Manager will drive Salesforce architecture improvements, build no-code/low-code configurations, and provide technical mentoring to junior team members. They will also guide working students on Salesforce and systems topics. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and surrounding tool landscapes, as well as experience with AI-first in daily admin.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or RevOps Systems Manager
• Proven ability to run and improve a CRM and its surrounding tool landscape independently
• Deep no-code/low-code craft: configuration, flows, third-party applications, and combining tools/integrations
• A data-quality mindset: tracing why pipeline data is untrustworthy and fixing it at the root
• Structured, cross-team problem-solving and strong stakeholder communication
• English fluency, German is a plus
