Role Overview

As a Dual Risk Rating (DRR) Business Data Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll gather data, develop reports and dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and assist in the creation of data-driven insights to help inform business decisions.

What You Will Do

You’ll lead the design, build, and maintenance of advanced dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key business performance metrics while upholding data and reporting standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all projects worked on.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
• Intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with project management and managing multiple priorities and deliverables
• Intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets in a clear, actionable way
