Role Overview
As the Area Sales Manager, you’ll play an active role in growing revenue across multiple hotels by executing sales strategies, developing new business, and strengthening client relationships. You’ll spend much of your time prospecting, networking, managing accounts, conducting outside sales calls, and building lasting relationships while providing valuable market insight that helps to shape future sales initiatives.
What You Will Do
Prospect and secure new corporate, government, group, and extended-stay business. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client accounts. Respond promptly to RFPs, inbound leads, and sales inquiries.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of five years of hotel or hospitality sales experience
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned Lehi-area hotels
- Highly organized with excellent time management and self-motivation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or other nationally recognized hotel brands preferred
- Previous multi-property or regional hotel sales experience preferred
