Role Overview
Drive growth for Westlake’s premium roofing and building products across the assigned region, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Homeowners Association (HOA) sector, top roofing contractors, architects, and roofing consultants.
What You Will Do
Proactively promote Westlake’s innovative roofing solutions, expand market share, and generate new business opportunities to achieve regional sales targets. Market Westlake’s entire roofing portfolio, including DaVinci Roofscapes, Unified Steel, Newpoint Concrete, and US Tile.

Ideal candidate will be highly motivated and results-driven, with a minimum of five to seven years of work experience in a related role, and a bachelor’s degree. Must be able to manage several projects simultaneously, detail-oriented, and have good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with good interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills and ability to speak comfortably in front of groups
- Working knowledge of MS office suite including Teams and Outlook 365
- Experience with Salesforce
- 70% travel on average
- Ability to be away from home for multiple nights per week
- Valid US state driver’s license
