Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of the Special Sales Team and responsible for selected special sales initiatives and promotional activities across the Westwing Shop. You will play a key part in planning and executing some of the biggest commercial events, including the Westwing Birthday, January Sale, and Advent Calendar.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end execution of key commercial sales events on Westwing Shop to boost customer lifetime value and repeat purchases, using data and AI-supported insights. Coordinate on-site promotional activities across product selection, pricing, merchandising, and communication to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with a proven track record, preferably in e-commerce, business development, or consulting
• Proven project management expertise, with the ability to multitask, lead cross-functional initiatives, and balance competing priorities end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset, combining strategic problem-solving with a strong bias toward execution and measurable results
• Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of collecting, analysing, and translating complex datasets into actionable business insights (proficiency in Excel is a must; SQL or BI platforms are a plus)
• Excellent communication skills, with full fluency in written and spoken English and the ability to build trust across diverse teams
