Role Overview

As Head of People Operations, you will lead a global team and shape the future of Westwing by building people systems and processes. You will be responsible for operational excellence, strategy, and innovation.

What You Will Do

You will own and elevate our People Operations strategy, lead a team of 11, and carry out audits to ensure accuracy and process diligence. You will also collaborate with People teams, Finance, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in People & Culture in a high-performance environment
  • 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Good knowledge of payroll and social security guidelines within Europe
  • Experience with European labour law and (senior) stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to deliver results of excellent quality within ambiguous and dynamic environments
  • Fluency in English and German with strong written and verbal communication skills
